These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and j1888 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the j1888 platform at j1888.cam. By registering an account or using any j1888 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

j1888 operates under a strict minimum age policy of 21 years. Every account requires CNIC-based identity verification before real-money play is permitted. Accounts found to belong to minors are terminated immediately and any funds forfeited as required by responsible gaming policy.
Each individual may hold only one j1888 account. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, CNIC, device, or payment method — are prohibited and result in suspension of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any bonus balances held at the time of detection.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with j1888 or use any real-money Service on the Platform. j1888 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. If j1888 has reason to believe that a User is under 21 years of age, j1888 will immediately suspend the Account, conduct age verification, and if the User is confirmed to be under 21, terminate the Account and forfeit any funds held therein in accordance with its minor protection obligations.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The j1888 Platform is designed to serve players in jurisdictions where online gaming is not expressly prohibited. 3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j1888 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you become aware or suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify j1888 support immediately via live chat. j1888 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.3 Account Information Updates. You must promptly notify j1888 of any changes to your registered information, including mobile number or address. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay withdrawal processing or result in Account suspension pending verification.
3.4 Account Non-Transferability. j1888 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Any such attempted transfer will render the Account immediately subject to termination.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. j1888 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and USDT (cryptocurrency). j1888 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit at j1888 is PKR 500. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. j1888 reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits at the individual Account level where responsible gaming considerations apply.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

5.2 Bet Acceptance. j1888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet or gaming wager at its sole discretion without notice. Bets are only accepted when confirmed by j1888's systems and a confirmation reference is issued. Verbal instructions, chat messages, or other communications do not constitute a valid bet.
5.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a manifest error, technical malfunction, or system failure during the settlement of a bet or gaming round, j1888 reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and refund the staked amount. j1888 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
5.4 Live Betting. In-play and live betting odds on j1888 are subject to real-time changes. j1888 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time during live events. Bets accepted before a market suspension are honoured at the odds confirmed at the time of acceptance, subject to Rule 5.3.
5.5 Maximum Winnings. j1888 may apply maximum single-bet winnings limits by product category. Applicable limits are displayed on the relevant product page. j1888 reserves the right to void any portion of winnings that exceeds the applicable maximum payout.
6.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers issued by j1888 are available to eligible registered Users as specified in the terms of each individual promotion. j1888 reserves the right to exclude any User from specific promotions without explanation.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus amounts credited to a j1888 Account are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times, as stated in the applicable promotion terms, before any portion of the Bonus Balance may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. j1888 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements; using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional terms. Any User found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance forfeited and may have their Account suspended.
6.4 Promotion Withdrawal. j1888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a User has commenced wagering toward the stated wagering requirement, the promotion terms in effect at the time of opt-in will apply to the completion of that requirement.

Where prohibited conduct is detected, j1888 will suspend the Account, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and may permanently terminate the Account with forfeiture of balances where the investigation confirms the breach.
9.1 Ownership. All content on the j1888 Platform — including but not limited to the j1888 brand name, logo, software, game content, text, graphics, user interface designs, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of j1888 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms confers any intellectual property rights on Users.
9.2 Limited Licence. j1888 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any j1888 Platform content.
9.3 Third-Party Game Content. Games hosted on j1888 from third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Habanero, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi) remain the intellectual property of those respective providers. Their game rules and fair play certifications apply to the relevant titles.
10.1 Platform Availability. j1888 strives to provide continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. 10.3 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, j1888's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 User Responsibility for Gambling Outcomes. j1888 is an entertainment platform. All gambling outcomes are determined by chance. j1888 accepts no responsibility for the gambling decisions made by Users or the financial consequences of those decisions. Users gamble at their own risk and within their own means.
11.1 Termination by j1888. j1888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
11.2 Termination by User. Users may close their j1888 Account at any time by contacting j1888 customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the User via their verified payment method, subject to KYC completion. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
11.3 Post-Termination Obligations. Termination of your Account does not affect any accrued rights or obligations of either party as at the date of termination. Sections 4.4, 8, 9, 10, and 14 of these Terms survive Account termination.
12.1 Complaint Process. If you have a complaint about any aspect of j1888's services, you should in the first instance contact j1888 customer support via live chat, clearly explaining the nature of your complaint and the outcome you are seeking. j1888 targets an initial response within 24 hours and resolution within 5 business days for standard complaints.
12.2 Escalation. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the initial support process, you may escalate by sending a written complaint to j1888's support email as displayed on the j1888 website. Escalated complaints are reviewed by senior management and a final response issued within 14 business days.
12.3 Bet Disputes. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event outcome. j1888 will not consider bet settlement disputes raised after this period. All bet settlement decisions made by j1888 after investigation are final and binding.
13.1 Right to Amend. j1888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, j1888 will provide reasonable notice to existing Users via the email or mobile number registered to their Account, or via a prominent notice on the j1888 Platform, prior to the changes taking effect.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of j1888 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using j1888 and close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.
13.3 Current Version. The current version of these Terms is always available on the j1888 website at j1888.cam/terms-conditions. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this document.
14.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions, together with the j1888 Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms applicable to the Services you use, constitute the entire agreement between you and j1888 and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
14.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be made enforceable, it shall be severed from these Terms. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
14.3 Language. These Terms and Conditions are executed and published in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
